Atanas Entchev, AICP, leads our diverse team of experienced professionals in the fields of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Information Technologies (IT), and web development. Atanas has 15+ years of experience in the design and implementation of GIS and has been teaching GIS implementation academically and commercially for most of his GIS career. He is a regular contributor to Directions Magaizine and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)

Brick Township Contracts ENTCHEV to Assist with the 2010 Decennial US Census LUCA Program
The Township of Brick, New Jersey, will participate in the 2010 US Census LUCA (Local Update of Census Addresses) Program. The Township has committed to participating at Option One (the highest level of commitment), and has contracted ENTCHEV GIS Architects for assistance with the project.

Fairmount Park Selects ENTCHEV
ENTCHEV has been awarded a GIS implementation assistance contract by Fairmount Park, Philadelphia's Park System. ENTCHEV will assist Fairmount Park with GIS needs assessment, GIS planning, GIS database design, and GIS implementation.
City of Orange Township Extends ENTCHEV Contract
ENTCHEV has been awarded a GIS Implementation Support contract by the City of Orange Township. ENTCHEV will assist the City by coordinating and facilitating the City’s GIS system implementation, and by providing continuing GIS Data and System Maintenance.
The team will also work with the Business Administrator and the City’s Management Team to provide technical assistance in implementing Phase 2 of the City’s GIS Needs Assessment Action Plan.

NJFindARide.org is a web transportation portal developed for the New Jersey State Department of Human Services (DHS). The web portal helps address the transportation needs of people with disabilities.
